Take the journey of a recycled tire….

Shercom Industries is Saskatchewan’s premier tire recycling facility. Shercom is the only fully integrated tire recycler of its kind in North America. Join us for a special chance to see the life of an old tire. What happens to them once they come off your car. How do we turn whole tires into value added usable products that bring LEED construction to a whole new level?

Our tour will follow the exact path a tire takes through our facility. From being off loaded from the semi-trailers to the destruction of the whole tire. Then into the reduction line where we reduce the size into usable crumb rubber while extracting both the nylon fiber and the steel. Then into our manufacturing plant where we use proprietary developed systems and processes to mold end user value added products that can be used in Landscaping designs, commercial functionality such as roof top walkways, anti-vibration blocks for HVAC or other utilities, parking delineation, people delineation, aesthetic products, or even safe use products like our fully tested and compliant playground surfacing that meets and exceeds CSA standards.

Proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours required.
